This short survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete, and your input will help us better understand what’s working, what could be improved, and what matters most to your business. From payments and POS needs to feature priorities and operational insights, your feedback will directly help shape future improvements across ggCircuit and ggLeap.

Survey rules and privacy notice
Privacy Notice
We value your privacy. The information you provide, including your gaming center’s name, sales data, payment preferences, and email address, will be collected and processed by ggCircuit LLC (or its affiliates). We collect this data solely to analyze trends, contact you if you opt-in for follow-up (e.g., regarding fee reductions), administer survey incentives, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data may include personal information (e.g., email) and business information (e.g., sales figures). We may share it only with trusted service providers (e.g., for email delivery or data analysis) who are contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for our purposes, or as required by law (e.g., in response to a subpoena). We do not share it for unrelated marketing.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, such as encryption and access controls, but no system is completely secure. Data will be stored in the United States and may be subject to U.S. laws. If you are in Canada, please note that your data may be transferred outside of Canada and accessible under foreign laws. We retain survey data for up to 7 years after collection or as needed for legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Under applicable laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada, or Quebec’s Law 25, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information (though we do not sell data). To exercise these rights or for questions about your data, contact us at We will respond within the required timelines (e.g., 45 days under CCPA). Responses are confidential, but we may aggregate anonymized data for reporting. By proceeding, you consent to this data collection and use. If you do not consent, please do not complete the survey.
Incentive Details and Official Rules
As a thank you for completing the survey, each eligible gaming center will receive a one-time $5 gift (issued as a refund via Stripe or a deduction from your next ggLeap subscription invoice, at our discretion). Only one gift per gaming center, regardless of multiple responses—duplicates will be identified using the center name and email provided. Additionally, you will be automatically entered into a random draw for a grand prize: one year of free ggLeap subscription (up to $1,000 USD value) for your gaming center. The draw will be held on May 15, 2026, with the winner notified by email within 7 days.

Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are authorized representatives of gaming centers using ggCircuit/ggLeap services and are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Employees of ggCircuit LLC and their immediate family members are ineligible.
To enter the grand prize draw without completing the survey, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your name, gaming center name, address, and email to: ggCircuit Survey Draw Entry, P.O. BOX 182, Millville, PA 17846, postmarked by May 1, 2026. Limit one entry per gaming center.
Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The grand prize is non-transferable and has no cash value alternative. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; if the prize value exceeds $2,000 USD (for U.S. winners), we may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Canadian winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question (e.g., What is 5 + 3 x 2?) before receiving the prize.
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and our decisions, which are final. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or violate these rules. By providing your email in Question 13, you consent to receive the $5 gift and entry confirmation via email. If you select “Yes” in Question 11, you also consent to us contacting you about potential fee reductions or related offers.
